This portable, mid-size lever harp has a classic profile, concert spacing, stringing and tension - a great gigging harp for pedal harpists who also play lever harp.  Great tone and a sweet harp! The pedal harp tension might deter someone who plays mostly quick music such as jigs and reels, because the tension is pretty stiff in the upper register, but for any other type of repertoire this would make a lovely harp for student or professional. The taut upper register will most likely give a little, too, after the harp is broken in. The shape is nice, although it is too heavy to put in the case and carry on your shoulder (or at least on my shoulder - it is 28#). Others may not have this problem - I have a hard time carrying harps on my shoulder, in general. A dolly would be very helpful. The bass sounds rich and warm. Per usual, the 5th octave A and B are a bit thick sounding, but the gut strings really help in that area providing a fairly warm sound in the 5th octave.  We use the Ogden most of the time when making sound samples of our music.  It's a nice harp.
