Susan Koskelin, of Ft. Worth, TX, studied piano and organ in college and graduate school. After teaching and being a librarian in public school for many years, she became interested in the harp when a harp store opened near her home. After one visit she began studying harp with Geoffrey Ricketts. She has gone from a Dusty Strings 36-string folk harp to a Camac Clio to a Camac Big Blue concert grand electric. In addition to playing solo for weddings and other events, she also plays with HarpEssence, a 5-harp ensemble that plays all over the DFW area. She is now studying harp with Kimberly DeRosa and arranging music for the ensemble.
LOWER INTERMEDIATE QUINTET, ALL HARPS This version of Skaters' Waltz is written for 4 lever harps and 1 pedal harp. However, it can be played just as well with all pedal harps or without the pedal harp.
